Kyoto, Japan - September 25-27, 2015

The theme of the Congress is "Microcirculation and Metabolism?. We attempt to broaden the scope to include the aspect of metabolism. The recent breakthroughs and developments have made it possible to discuss the link between local metabolic signatures and microvascular functions. Together with the International Scientific Programme Committee representing Europe, America Austral-Asia around the globe, we will commit ourselves to develop an exciting meeting to match a growing recognition of the field of Microcirculation.

Early Stage Investigator Travel Awards
These awards will be presented to young investigators (ranging from graduate students and postdoctoral fellows to junior faculty) to encourage their participation at the 10th World Congress for Microcirculation.  Applicant must be an MCS member in good standing and should be a graduate or medical student, a postdoctoral fellow or junior faculty (within six years post terminal doctoral degree by the time of application).   Each awardee will receive a certificate and $1,500 onsite at the time of the meeting. The application is due to MCS Awards Committee Chair, Roland Pittman (pittman@vcu.edu), by April 15.  For more information click here
